Miami Art Week is the first week of December. In 2026, Art Miami opens downtown on Tuesday, Dec. 1, and Art Basel Miami Beach’s public days are Friday, Dec. 4, to Sunday, Dec. 6. The fairs on the mainland side of the bay, Art Miami, CONTEXT and NADA, open before Art Basel does.

  • Preview days: Wednesday, Dec. 2, and Thursday, Dec. 3, by invitation only.
  • Where: Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach.
  • Who is showing: 272 exhibitors, with 254 galleries across the fair’s four sectors, according to Art Basel’s exhibitor announcement.
  • Tickets: sold only through the official ticket shop. Art Basel says availability is limited. Prices were not shown on its public pages when we checked.
  • Art Basel Awards: the awards night is Thursday, Dec. 3, at the New World Center in Miami Beach.

Art Miami and CONTEXT

Art Miami and its sister fair CONTEXT share a waterfront site at One Herald Plaza, at NE 14th Street and Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami. The VIP preview is the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 1, and the fairs stay open through Sunday, Dec. 6. Tickets are on artmiami.com.

Parking and transit, from Art Miami:

  • Valet: $30, first come, first served, entrance at Bayshore Drive and NE 14th Street.
  • Omni Garage: 1645 Biscayne Blvd. at NE 15th Street, more than 2,500 spaces, with entrances on Bayshore Drive and NE 17th Street as well.
  • Metromover (free): the Adrienne Arsht Center station is one block away.
  • Trolleys (free): the Wynwood and Biscayne trolleys connect at the Adrienne Arsht Center Metromover station.
  • Water taxi (free): runs between the fairs and Miami Beach across Biscayne Bay.
  • Brightline: Art Miami lists integrated transportation to and from Brightline’s stations.

NADA Miami

The New Art Dealers Alliance holds its 24th Miami fair Tuesday, Dec. 1, to Saturday, Dec. 5, at Ice Palace Studios. NADA had not posted hours or prices on its fair page when we checked; tickets will be on NADA’s site.
