Twelve Mexican and Tex-Mex places at 17 locations inside Miami city limits, most of them in Wynwood, Brickell and downtown, plus Calle Ocho and the Grove.

Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Miami’s Mexican restaurants cluster in Wynwood, where five taco places sit within a few blocks of NW Second Avenue, and in Brickell and downtown. Others are on Calle Ocho, in Little River, the Design District and Coconut Grove.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Miami’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and checked each place against its own website on Oct. 10, 2026. Bartaco, Tacology, Tacombi and the second locations of Coyo Taco and Tacos Atarantados were added from their own sites. Mi Rinconcito Mexicano, Talkin’ Tacos and The Taco Stand have no working website; they are here because the state inspected each of them between August and September 2026 (inspection records). Chipotle and Taco Bell have more stores in the city than the two listed; their store finders list the rest. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to add or correct your entry.
